Born and raised in Florida, Steve moved to Houston at the age of 21, and has been working in the Custom Home Industry ever since. Steve has an unrivaled passion for bringing peoples dream homes to life, and always ends up creating life-long friendships with his homeowners.

Originally from Mexico, Juan moved to Houston in 1974 and quickly partnered up with Steve Goodchild working in the Custom Home Industry. His vast experience in the Remodel industry, quickly landed him as the VP & part-owner of Goodchild Builders from the very beginning.

Born and raised here in Houston, Steve Burns started out at a trim carpenter and quickly moved into building & remodeling Custom Homes throughout the Houston area. He partnered up with Steve Goodchild over 30 years ago and together, have built a very successful New Home sector of Goodchild Builders.
